Heloise has continued to write the syndicated column, Hints from Heloise, started by her mother decades ago. Today the column appears in more than 500 newspapers in the United States and internationally.
Heloise is also a contributing editor to Good Housekeeping and is a frequent guest on radio and TV shows, including the Late Show with David Letterman, Today Show, The View, Jane Pauley Show, CNN and local stations in Texas.
Her books include Get Organized with Heloise, Heloise Conquers Stinks and Stains, In the Kitchen with Heloise, Heloise's Hints for All Occasions, Heloise's Household Hints for Singles, Heloise from A to Z, Hints for a Healthy Planet, All-New Hints From Heloise, Heloise's Beauty Book, Help! from Heloise and Hints from Heloise.
A longtime member of Texas Press Woman, Heloise lives in Waco, Texas. She has won numerous awards, including Mental Health Mission Award, the National Mental Health Association's first award for outstanding contribution to mental health education; the Distinguished Alumnus Award presented by the Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University); the Headliner Award from Women in Communications; and many awards from the National Federation of Press Women.
